Mayweather’s return to the ring at FLA Live Arena on Sunday night resulted in pandemonium as the exhibition bout against John Gotti III took a chaotic turn. The sixth round saw the fight being abruptly stopped, triggering a frenzy of brawls that spilled into the ring, involving both fighters’ entourages and the audience.

In response to the escalating situation, Mayweather swiftly exited the ring to distance himself from the mayhem. The fight had a disorderly start, briefly delayed due to an early altercation between the two camps. Throughout the match, Mayweather displayed a dominant and playful demeanor towards Gotti.

Gotti continuously voiced complaints, which led to a penalty for holding in the fifth round. He expressed his dissatisfaction to referee Kenny Bayless, claiming to have been struck in the back of the head, and even resorted to an illegal hold on Mayweather. With no improvement in the situation as the sixth round began, Bayless made the decision to end the fight. However, Gotti vehemently disagreed with the referee’s call.

Gotti bypassed Bayless and attempted to continue fighting Mayweather, triggering a rush of individuals into the ring, eager to join the commotion. The altercations extended beyond the ring, spilling into the surrounding crowd.
