Allen Outlets Bodycam Footage

The commendable efforts of the Allen police officer who apprehended the mass shooter last month have garnered praise from both law enforcement authorities and those involved in officer training. On May 6, the Allen Police Department made public new footage captured by a police body camera at the Allen Premium Outlets.

In the incident, a total of eight individuals, including three children, lost their lives, while at least seven others sustained injuries at the outdoor shopping center. The officer, who happened to be nearby handling another call, swiftly intervened and responded to the distressing situation.
