Leaked Documents alleges Wagner Chief offered to give Russian Troop positions
According to leaked US intelligence documents, Yevgeny Prigozhin, the head of Russia’s Wagner mercenary force, made an astonishing offer to Ukraine. In January, he proposed revealing the positions of Vladimir Putin’s forces to Ukraine in a quid pro quo arrangement. The Washington Post reported that Prigozhin suggested leaking information about the locations of Russian troops if Ukraine’s commanders withdrew their own soldiers from the vicinity of the fortress city of Bakhmut. This move would grant Prigozhin a triumph in Bakhmut while enabling Ukraine to precisely target Russian positions elsewhere along the frontline. However, Ukraine ultimately rejected the offer.
